Thought some of you who are following the autism-vaccine debate would be interested in this NYT book review. I think this debate provides a great illustration (albeit atypical) of how political and controversial some of the ideology that drives CAM can become. This debate has reached a fevered pitch in part because of the magnitude of threat it represents if an idea becomes popular enough. An interesting 'tipping point' discussion topic.
